Q1: Wonder if you accept sample order, trial order or small orders?
A1: Yes, all above are welcome. Some of our existing customers are also starting from sample orders or small orders. Rockrack is happy to grow with customers together. Let’s work together to make the business bigger and bigger.
Q2: I have my own design, can you produce as per my design?
A2: You can send us your design and our engineers will evaluate and discuss with you the production details. We can sign NDA to protect your design and not sell to others.
Q3: Can you OEM my brand for me?
A3: Yes, we welcome all OEM orders, and can sign NDA to protect your brand and business information. But need a Brand Authorization Letter from your side for production and exportation.
Q4: What’s your payment terms ?
A4: We accept T/T, LC at sight.
Q5: How can I get a quotation?

Q6: What’s your delivery time ?
A6: Our regular delivery time is 30 days. If any urgent order, we can also support with 2-3 weeks.
Q7: How about your packing for the cabinets?
A7: We have different packing and protection methods optional as per your budget, you can check with our sales team for details.
Q8: What’s your product warranty time?
A8: As per industry practice, we provide 2 years limited warranty for metal parts, 1 year limited warranty for electrical parts. But the problems caused by the buyer, user or any third parties liability are excluded.
